A performance inspired by a poem by T.S. Elliot’s „The Hollow Men” from 1925. It is created by a series of images showing people in borderline situations. The world around them is in a multifold crisis, covering the spheres of ecology, social and spiritual life. It appears as a land where opportunities for authentic contact with others are limited. We are in the Shadow Zone, „between the idea and the reality, between the motion and the act, between the conception and the creation, between the emotion and the response, between the desire and the spasm, between the potency and the existence, between the essence and the descent.”
Are we experiencing the end of the world as we know it?
